Endorsed by the Official College of Psychologists (COPLP) and developed in collaboration with the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, this serious program aims to help individuals quit smoking gradually with the guidance of a Virtual Therapist through different treatment stages: initial evaluation, daily tasks, D Day, and post-quitting days.

In this stage, the app conducts various tests to gather relevant information:

The Timeline & Daily Tasks:

 <li>Daily progress reviews.</li>

Relaxation Techniques & Crisis Management:
The app provides a detailed relaxation guide for anxiety control. The Crisis section is designed to tackle strong cravings post-cessation.

Integration with Apple HealthKit:
The app syncs with Apple HealthKit to display and analyze heartbeat data for enhanced monitoring.
