Endorsed by the Official College of Psychologists (COPLP) and developed in collaboration with the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, this serious program aims to help individuals quit smoking gradually with the guidance of a Virtual Therapist through different treatment stages: initial evaluation, daily tasks, D Day, and post-quitting days.

Stop Tabaco Mobile Trainer stands out as a unique and effective tool for addressing the cognitive, emotional, and habitual components that sustain addiction.

The application comprises different stages and sections as follows:

Initial Evaluation & First Steps:
In this stage, the app conducts various tests to gather relevant information:

The Timeline & Daily Tasks:

Relaxation Techniques & Crisis Management:
The app provides a detailed relaxation guide for anxiety control. The Crisis section is designed to tackle strong cravings post-cessation.

Integration with Apple HealthKit:
The app syncs with Apple HealthKit to display and analyze heartbeat data for enhanced monitoring.
